Teambuilding Initiatives

The Teambuilding initiatives involve real and imaginary ground based obstacles, presenting physical, mental and emotional challenges that invite a group to explore teamwork strategies and demonstrate for themselves the importance of planning, cooperation and communication. Success will depend not only upon the individual strengths but upon creativity, tenacity, strategic planning, shared risk taking, the allocation of group resources and the ability of the group to create a climate in which individuals are able to trust each other and in which each members contributions are recognized and valued.

These activities are constructed within the context of group support and are designed to discuss risk taking, overcoming what seem to be insurmountable obstacles and challenges, allowing goal setting and achieving more.
